Protective enamel for prepared steel
Admiral Enamel is a synthetic soya-alkyd finishing coat that provides colour, gloss, opacity and a weather-resistant finish over a compatible anti-rust primer.

Recommended uses
Surface preparation
01 · Unpainted steel
Remove loose mill scale and rust with a steel brush or, where possible, by sandblasting. Degrease with thinner or a waterless degreasing agent.
02 · Galvanized surfaces
Apply a suitable wash primer first to obtain a properly prepared surface.
03 · Previously painted metal
Remove loose coating, prime bare areas, apply an undercoat, abrade with sandpaper and finish with enamel.

Important limitations
Do not use in direct contact with chemicals, inside fuel or petrol tanks, for permanent immersion, below the waterline or as an internal tank lining unless approved in writing by the manufacturer.
